I am a writer, coach, facilitator, guide, and seeker of what truth really means. I’m deeply human and wildly curious, living my life in devotion to transformation. My own contradictions — imperfect and tender, shy and confident, bold and wounded, learning and healing, quiet and outspoken, certain and still seeking — have taught me that leadership begins with self-love. From this place, I serve others: creating spaces where healing becomes leadership, and where embracing all that we are reveals the presence, courage, and compassion to lead ourselves and others from a place of truth.
I don’t write from the mountaintop. I write from within my life experience, in the loops of learning and unlearning, where what feels true is rarely neat, and presence reveals itself in fragments and paradoxes meet.
My work isn’t about fixing or becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you already are.
That sacred intelligence lives inside you. You don’t need to look out there to find yourself, you only need to go inward, locate where you are, and remember.
Remember the you that’s been buried beneath the adaptations you made to survive. The trauma, the patterns, the protection.
But also remember the joy. The spark. The laughter. Our authenticity never left. It was hidden, waiting for the space to re-emerge.
