iTransform: Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by iTransform CC (“iTransform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing and downloading the North Star Discovery Workbook or any other digital product from our website, you (“you”, “your”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- Digital Product Purchases
1.1 All products offered for sale are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.
1.2 Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to download your product (e.g., the North Star Discovery Workbook, Spiral™ materials, or other digital content). Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours.
- Pricing & Payment
2.1 Prices may be displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) or United States Dollars (USD), depending on your location or chosen payment method.
2.2 Final pricing and applicable currency will be confirmed at checkout. Any conversion fees, bank charges, or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
2.3 Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours.
- Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a product has been purchased and delivered.
3.2 Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

4.2 Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
4.3 You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, resell, or share the product, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
- Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the North Star Discovery Workbook, Spiral™ framework, and other digital content remain with iTransform.
5.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the content, including Spiral™, may result in legal action.

6.1 The workbook, Spiral™ framework, and related materials are intended for personal reflection and development. They are not therapy, medical advice, or financial advice.
6.2 iTransform does not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your own engagement and application of the material.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTransform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our digital products.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
